What does All Temp Soft Covers make?
All Temp Soft Covers, LLC manufactures custom and standard-size removable insulation soft covers for marine, industrial and commercial (HVAC) equipment, including exhaust pipes, mufflers, diesel generators, valves, flanges, pumps and piping. We also offer OEM manufacturing for B2B partners.
How do I get a quote, and how do you make sure my measurements are right?
Send us anything that helps us get your measurements right: photos, measurements, part numbers or drawings. Then the owner personally walks you through measuring by phone or video call, step by step, so every measurement is correct before we build your cover. Where is All Temp Soft Covers located, and what areas do you serve?
We are based in Blaine, Washington. We serve Bellingham, Seattle, Anacortes and all of Western Washington, and we ship nationwide, including anywhere in Alaska. For shipping outside the United States, contact us.
Do you ship to Alaska?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Alaska, as well as nationwide across the United States.
Do you install the insulation covers?
No. All Temp Soft Covers focuses solely on manufacturing. Covers are shipped ready to install by your crew, contractor or mechanic.
Who makes removable exhaust insulation blankets for boats in Washington?
All Temp Soft Covers in Blaine, WA builds custom removable exhaust insulation covers for boat builders, fishing vessels and ships, and ships them throughout Washington, anywhere in Alaska and nationwide.
What material do I need for my insulation cover?
For indoor and engine-room use, we recommend our tan cloth for the inner and outer layers; it is not designed for outdoor weather. For freeze protection and outdoor use, we recommend grey silicone cloth, rated -40°F to 450°F continuous and 500°F maximum. For hot surfaces, we use a stainless wire mesh hot face and inner insulation rated 1,000°F continuous (1,200°F max), covered by gray silicone outer cloth rated 450°F continuous (500°F max).
What temperature can your covers handle?
Our high-temperature covers use an E-glass needled mat inner insulation rated 1,000°F continuous (1,200°F max), a stainless wire mesh hot face, and a gray silicone outer cloth rated -40°F to 450°F continuous (500°F max).
How long does an order take?
Small projects take up to 2 weeks. Larger projects take 3 to 6 weeks. Completion time varies with project complexity.
Are your fabricators certified?
Yes. All of our fabricators are NCCER certified.
