Marine insulation for Blaine

Each cover is made to your exact measurements. For outdoor or wet locations, we often use gray silicone outer cloth, rated 450°F continuous (500°F max), over inner insulation rated 1,000°F continuous (1,200°F max). We'll recommend the right build for your exhaust when we talk.

Why removable insulation covers
A cover that comes off for service makes maintenance faster. Oil changes, impeller swaps and exhaust inspections don't mean ripping off lagging and wrapping it again. The cover keeps radiant heat off nearby hoses and wiring, protects whoever is working in a tight engine space, and goes back on in minutes.
How quoting and measuring works
Quoting works the same way for our neighbors as it does for customers across the country. Send photos, measurements and part numbers, and the owner walks you through measuring by phone or video call, hand in hand, until every number is right. Our measuring guide shows what to measure.
Service area and shipping
We're a manufacturing shop and don't do installation. Covers are made in Blaine and delivered ready for you or your mechanic to install. Not at the dock right now? We ship throughout Washington, nationwide and anywhere in Alaska.
